3mm MDF
This is a very popular choice amongst crafters as it is a manmade fibre board free from any knots and grain markings. It has a smooth, even surface that needs very little work to achieve a nice finish (a little sanding between coats) It's thick enough to be strong but offers good value for money too. We use lasers to cut our shapes and this process will leave a light brown edge and occasionally it may also leave a few small flash/scorch marks behind on the surface. However these can easily painted over or can be removed using sand paper.

You can add the following hole options to these shapes.
• No hole
• With hole
• Two holes (bunting style)
• One top and one bottom
The approximate sizes of the holes are as follows
1cm to 3.5cm = 1mm to 2mm hole diameter
4cm to 9.5cm = 3mm to 3.5mm hole diameter
10cm to 14.5cm = 3.5mm to 4mm hole diameter
15cm to 20cm = 4.5mm to 5mm hole diameter
20cm+ = 5.5mm to 6.5mm hole diameter

Our standard pack sizes are listed below and discounts are added to each of the pack sizes. This means the larger the pack size the better the discount. For example a pack of 25 pack is better value than the 5 pack.
If you would like a quantity not listed please use a variation of the the quantities that are to get close to the amount you would like. For example, if you needed 30 please order a pack 25 plus a pack of 5
